Bueno, no he comentado hasta hoy porque quería esperar mis listas para ver como pintaba en general en panorama para Wii U.
Febrero y Marzo están ya perdidos, comenté en el otro foro que como Game & Wario sale a finales de marzo, si se empalma con los juegos previstos para primavera (DQX, Wii Fit U y Pikmin 3) junto la Golden Week de finales de abril, se podría obtener un periodo de varias semanas con lanzamientos y reactivar las ventas de Wii U.
Sin embargo, tras ver que en las listas estos juegos vienen como Primavera-Verano, todo parece indicar que no estarán listos para tal fecha y se irán a finales de Mayo o Junio. Momentos difíciles para la consola.

En el caso de 3DS, Tomodachi Collection que puede aprovecharse del tirón de Animal Crossing está previsto para primavera, y yo apuesto que saldrá para la Golden Week. Por lo que la portátil tiene días de gloria asegurados.

Respecto la caida post vacacional, aunque sea "lo normal", las consolas deberían tocar fondo esta semana, pero mucho me temo que esto seguirá a la baja (menos 3DS). Hay pocos lanzamientos ahora mismo, hasta finales de febrero las cosas no se animarán para las demás.

Ah, entonces no me había inventado que el Tomodachi Collection saldría en primavera de 2013. Buscando la información, ya lo habían dicho en un Nintendo Direct. Su salida para la Golden Week sería lo más lógico, y estoy seguro de que en Nintendo no querrán dejar pasar esa oportunidad. 3DS va a volver a arrasar este año, tiene cuatro potenciales million sellers bien distribuidos a lo largo del año, que no se chocan entre sí y que salen en fechas idóneas, más algunos lanzamientos medianos para estos primeros meses y luego ya lo que quede por anunciar para el resto del año, que por las ventas de 3DS en el último año y pico no serán pocas cosas, imagino.

Sí, Wii U va a tener un comienzo de año duro. Y la única explicación que le encuentro al retraso de Pikmin 3 es que quieran hacer un relanzamiento. Es un juego que llevan años haciéndolo, que anunciaron para el lanzamiento de la consola y lo han ido retrasando una y otra vez.

El dominio 3DS de la cuota de mercado en Japón es brutal y diría que insano, un 58,2% esta semana.

Me sorprende ver a un juego de WiiU en el puesto 16 de Famitsu y que no aparezca en Media Create.

Playstation Battle Royale es definitivamente un fracaso absoluto de ventas a nivel global.

No es tan raro. Si le damos un 5% de margen de error a cada compañía pueden pasar cosas como esta.

Teniendo en cuenta que según Famitsu el Fist of the North Star ha debutado con 6,2k y el último juego del top 20 de MC está con 6,1k no es raro en absoluto.

Semana aburridísima, vamos a animarla con cosas que he leido de blogs de minoristas:

- Los minoristas están ansiosos por el lanzamiento de Dragon Quest VII (sale mañana). Todos esperan que sea el primer juego de 2013 que alcanza el millón de unidades.
- El minorista Azalyn dice que las reservas del Dragon Quest VII son las más altas que ha tenido un juego de 3DS hasta la fecha. Espera que Square-Enix tenga preparado un segundo envío, porque está seguro que el stock inicial será insuficiente.
- Las reservas de otros juegos como Metal Gear Rising, Dynasty Warriors 8 y Phantasy Star Online 2 van por el buen camino.
- Un minorista dice que se ha llegado al tope de reservas de la versión limitada de Senran Kagura Shinovi. Ya no se aceptan más.
- Las reservas de Luigi's Mansion 2 se abrieron la semana pasada y empezaron con buen pie.
- Los problemas de stock de Fantasy Life y Animal Crossing están casi casi solucionados. Los de Demon Gaze y Monpiece se espera que se solucionen también en breve.

Gracias como siempre por traernos estas informaciones, Hiska. Esperemos que S-E no sea tan tonta de repetir el error que tuvo con el DQM:TW el año pasado. La información de las reservas es bastante alentadora. Como referencia, el DQIV de DS debutó con 597.301. Parecería que éste podría superar esas cifras, ¿no?

Estaría bien volver a hacer una porra después de tanto tiempo, pero no sé si hay algo más que 3DS y DQ7 que sea digno de predecir. Heroes' Vs podría ser, ¿no? Y una cuarta opción podría ser Animal Crossing, que quizá no sea tan interesante a estas alturas pero al menos hará un número más alto que cualquier hardware (que no sea 3DS) y desviará poco. Pero como veáis, si tenéis alguna propuesta mejor o no queréis hacerla...
