Lo ha anunciado hoy Konami.

Ground Zeroes servirá como punto de entrada y prólogo a los eventos de Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. GZ presenta elementos que tendrá el futuro MGS V The Phantom Pain.

Saldrá en Primavera de 2014. La versión física de PS360 costarán 30 euros, y las digitales 20. Las versiones digitales de PS4 y ONE valdrán 30 euros.

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has revealed the unique link between its eagerly-awaited METAL GEAR SOLID V: GROUND ZEROES title and METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN.

Both new additions to the METAL GEAR SOLID canon, Kojima Productions has created METAL GEAR SOLID V: GROUND ZEROES as an entry experience and prologue to the events of METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN. It will serve to introduce key gameplay components that will be fully realised in the fifth, full METAL GEAR SOLID epic, and act as a bridge between the linearity of existing titles and the full open-world environments of METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN.

Explaining the relationship between the two titles, Hideo Kojima ÔÇô Creator of the METAL GEAR SOLID series and Head of Kojima Productions ÔÇô commented: ÔÇ£The advanced capabilities of the FOX Engine have allowed me to tell the new story in a new way. There will be a significant difference in what METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN brings to the series, so we want to ease players into the new open world environment and its potential. As such, METAL GEAR SOLID: GROUND ZEROES has been designed to introduce key elements, allowing them to fully benefit from all that the new game will offer.ÔÇØ

METAL GEAR SOLID V: GROUND ZEROES charts a rescue mission as users infiltrate a Cuban prison camp, and sets in motion a series of events that culminate in the stunning plotlines of METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN. The prelude showcases key advances to the series made possible by its use of Kojima ProductionsÔÇÖ FOX Engine, with a large open environment, and missions where time of day and weather have a dynamic effect on the game and its missions. METAL GEAR SOLID V: GROUND ZEROES will be released for PlayStation®3, PlayStation®4, Xbox 360® and Xbox One® in Spring 2014. No me gusta nada la idea, aunque imagino que para ellos es la mejor forma de sacar rentabilidad al motor.

Habra que ver la duracion, pero no me deja de dar la impresion de que esto es como si en MGS 2 hubieran vendido Tanker y Plant por separado.

Vamos, espero que venga con un multiplayer o algo porque pagar 30 euros por la mitad de la historia (a lo mejor ni eso, y sólo representa 1/3 del total) pues como que no. Y eso que soy una putita de la saga y de Kojima.

Cuando lo lanzan a 30€ es que no va a ser muy longevo, al menos en cuanto a duración de la campaña principal. Luego si es rejugable o tiene objetivos secundarios ya sería otra cosa, y así espero que sea si quieren que lo compre.

Que puedo ser yo eh? Y en realidad me da un poco igual, lo suyo seria que los soldados dejaran de ser tan megamonguers. Que por muy nitido y chachi que se vea el signo de exclamacion eso ha dejado de tener gracia.

El FOX Engine, los desarrollos y el nuevo estudio que han abierto en LA no van a pagarse solos.

Yo lo mínimo que espero es que cuando saquen The Phantom Pain metan también el Ground Zeroes, porque yo este quería jugarlo en PS4, pero no para primavera de 2014, así que el GZ lo voy a jugar en PS3.

No tendría sentido entonces vendértelo antes por 30€, ¿No?

A ver que me entere.... todo lo que hemos estado viendo es supuestamente de un prólogo?

A mi estas mierdas para hacer caja, a lo Gran Turismo, me parecen un sacacuartos de narices.
