Resultados fiscales - Hoy: Sony
Creo recordar que hasta el 31 de marzo de 2011 Nintendo distribuyó 3,6 millones de 3DS.
Sus previsiones eran 4 millones, y dijeron que la causa de no lograrlo fue el tsunami de Japón que redujo las ventas de ese territorio.

Eso si, se notó una sobredistribución total. Porque luego, el siguiente trimestre distribuyeron solo 0.71 o algo así.

Han distribuido 1.8 millones de Vita... vamos a hacer números.
En Japón según Media Create el 1 de abril Vita había vendido 642.490. Teniendo en cuenta que los números distribuidos son superiores, vamos a decir 700k para Japón.
Según los NDP Vita vendió en USA el mes de febrero 225k y el mes de marzo unas 200k. En total unas 425.000. De nuevo vamos a decir 500k distribuidas.
El resto para Europa.

Aproximadamente:

Japón 700k
USA 500K
Europa y otros 600k
Yo creo que siguen necesitando una rebaja de Vita. 10 millones de consolas con Japón vendiendo a ese ritmo no me salen las cuentas. Y lo mismo con PSP que no sé cómo esperan vender solo 800k menos. Me parecen unas previsiones bastante optimistas.
Curiosas las previsiones para el siguiente año fiscal. Sony prevé distribuir 32 millones de máquinas entre sus 4 consolas y Nintendo prevé distribuir 31'5 millones con sus otras 4 consolas. Veremos cómo acaba la distribución el año que viene.

Take-Two ha registrado unos ingresos netos por valor de 825,8 millones de dólares durante el último año fiscal, cerrado el pasado 31 de marzo, con un 13% del total proveniente ya de la distribución digital. Esto no ha impedido que la compañía registre pérdidas por valor de 107,7 millones dólares en el balance final de sus cuentas.

En el último trimestre del año fiscal, Take-Two ha tenido unas pérdidas por valor de 66 millones de dólares pese a unos fuertes ingresos de 148,1 millones de dólares (con un 19% del total a través de distribución digital).

En el total del año, hay que tener en cuenta que las cifras de ingresos han resultado inferiores a las del año anterior, cuando la compañía metió en sus arcas 1.136,9 millones de dólares, lo que les permitió en ese periodo tener unas pérdidas más moderadas de 53,8 millones de dólares.

Los juegos más vendidos durante el último año fiscal fueron L.A. Noire, NBA 2K12, la saga Grand Theft Auto, Duke Nukem Forever y Red Dead Redemption.

"El año fiscal 2012 ha sido un año de logros creativos, operativos y estratégicos", ha dicho Strauss Zelnick, presidente. "Hemos ofrecido juegos rompedores, incluyendo L.A. Noire y NBA 2K12, que han establecido nuevos estándares de excelencia".

"Aunque nuestros resultados financieros son insatisfactorios, las decisiones que hemos tomado sitúan a Take-Two en una posición de crecimiento y beneficios tanto para este año como a largo plazo", adelanta Zelnick, quien destaca el buen rendimiento que ha tenido Max Payne 3, ya lanzado en el año fiscal 2013. Las previsiones para el presente año fiscal son de de 1.750 a 1.850 millones de dólares en ingresos.

El segundo peor periodo de abril a junio de la historia en el segundo mejora año fiscal de la historia. La sobredistribución de las navidades pasadas ha debido ser de las que hacen época. Me pregunto si les pasará factura de cara a estas navidades.
