Cita:NIS of America has reached out to us to update this story. According to the publisher, the statement made by president Sohei Niikawa was originally meant to be self-depreciating humor. The original spirit of the quote was meant to convey that Niikawa might be fired if Disgaea 5 didn't hit its sales target.

NIS released another quote from Niikawa to clarify, saying "If Disgaea 5 does not sell as planned, I, as the producer, might need to leave the Japanese gaming industry. (LOL)" He added that the original comment "in no way mean(t) or impl(ied) that Nippon Ichi Software as a company is going bankrupt or is in financial difficult(y).

Básicamente/versión TL;DR:
- broma malinterpretada. Al parecer se refería el presidente Sohei Niikawa a que a él sería al que darian la patada en el culo si vende mal, dicho en broma.
- nunca quiso decir o dar a entender que a NIS le vaya mal

Es que lo de los 150mil era una columpiada gordísima. O para matar al CEO de NISA...

Aún así NIS como desarrollador me la pela bastante

Lo que yo quiero son sus distribuciones de Atlus o Spickechunsoft por lo menos.

Hay que enviar dos escuadrones de rumanos, uno a la oficina de quien quiera que hiciera circular la primera traducción y otra al Niikawa. Paliza gitanaskin por estropearnos los marcapasos.

Yo pensaba que me iba a quedar sin el 80% de juegos nicho de consolas para la nueva gen :'(

Más que nada porque quien mantiene a VITA con vida ahora mismo es NISA, y esto para mi significaría la muerte definitiva.
