SEGA dropped a big surprise during the beginning of its special Sonic 25th Anniversary party, the announcement of a 2D Sonic game—Sonic Mania. The new game was announced along with a snazzy trailer. While the footage looks exciting, Nintendo fans in particular aren't too happy with it: it's not coming to any of Nintendo's systems. Thankfully, though, a kind soul has reached out to remedy that:

Renegade Kid is no stranger to the Nintendo scene, so it isn't too surprising that they've offered to port the game over to the Nintendo 3DS. It's safe to say that it would be cool to see!
