Yo creo que hasta que no haya algún otro lanzamiento interesante no volveré a participar. A ver si para cuando salga otro futuro juego de Level 5.

Siento no estar posteando más a menudo, sobretodo ahora que es más interesante seguir la situación de las tiendas por el lanzamiento de PS4. Pero es que actualmente estoy trabajando en tres sitios a la vez (dos restaurantes y una coctelería), además de las clases. Y no tengo tiempo de nada, literamente.
Hoy lunes sin embargo, es mi día de descanso y he ido a ver.

Antes que nada informo que el Blog donde se publica el porcentaje vendido el primer día, y el mismo que filtró que la distribución de PS4 sería 350k en Japón, publicó una entrada diciendo que el segundo envío de PS4 en Japón apenas llega a 50k.
Sin embargo, al poco tiempo borró la entrada.

En Neogaf se está especulando si borró la entrada porque finalmente eran datos erróneos (puede que hayan sido superiores, por ejemplo si ha habido un tercer envío justo después de hacer la entrada), o bien porque son tan precisos, que Media Create haya forzado no hacer públicos estos datos (Ya que la fuente original de este blog es MC).

En cuanto las tiendas. He visitado Bic Camera y Yamada Denki en Ikebukuro.

En Bic Camera la consola está completamente agotada en todos sus modelos (ÕôüÕêçÒéî = sin stock):

En Yamada Denki tenían agotado el modelo con cámara, pero tenían disponible el modelo standard. De momento todas las consolas siguen llevando a Knack.

Finalmente, las tiendas han empezado a poner stands grandes de Mario Kart 8. Es raro que un juego de Nintendo se empiece a publicitar tantos meses antes de su lanzamiento. Parece una estrategia para captar la atención de los clientes. Ya que con próximos lanzamientos no será posible, porque no los hay.

Gracias por la crónica, como siempre. Lo de Mario Kart es verdad, si no lo empezaran a anunciar ahora se arriesgarían a no tener ningún tipo de presencia en las tiendas, porque no hay nada importante de Wii U hasta entonces. Facepalm

Habrá tres meses de sequía hasta que salga a finales de mayo, y encima se pierden la oportunidad de lanzarlo antes de la Golden Week, que es lo que deberían haber hecho sí o sí. Pésima planificación por parte de Nintendo, para variar...

El principal target de PS4 en Japón son los estudiantes universitarios:

The PlayStation 4 was released in Japan on February 22nd, and sold 309,154 units in its opening weekend. Japanese sales tracker Media Create breaks that figure down further in their latest report.

The PlayStation 4 model without the camera peripheral sold around 187,000 units, according to Media Create, while the version with the camera sold around 122,000 units.

In Japan, PS4 came bundled with Knack, and including the bundled title, the platformÔÇÖs initial software attach rate was 1.70. Excluding the bundle, the software attach rate was 0.70ÔÇölower than the attach rate for other PlayStation platforms (PS3: 0.82, Vita: 0.92).

This is likely because 7 of the 12 PS4 launch titles were upgraded versions of PlayStation 3 games, such as Yakuza Restoration and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends.

Finally, Media Create also noted that PlayStation 4 mainly attracted university students on their Spring break at launch. Initial buyers of the console at launch were relatively younger than those of other PlayStation systems.

Comentario:

Así como la 3DS parece haber alcanzado un punto de saturación en cuanto a hardware, hay que decir que en software anda muy viva. Pedazo de debut del Harvest Moon, creo que el mejor de la saga en toda su historia, y si tiene piernas puede que se convierta en el más vendido (tendría que superar las 300k). Youkai Watch suma y sigue, ya roza las 500k y no parece que vaya a decaer. El DQM2 está teniendo unas piernas decentes, así como decente ha sido el debut de Fossil Fighter, que es de esperar que tenga buenas piernas (al menos los dos de DS las han tenido).

Poquito vende esa Vita TV joder Sad

yo creo que si les va tan mal ahí no van a sacarla en occidente a diferencia de lo que dijeron por noviembre, que no influiría los resultados en su mercado para considerar si nos la traían. De hecho han pasado 5 meses desde que sacaron esa consola, y no hay una mierda de noticias, juegos aparte... y uno ve estas ventas que tiene y es que vende un churro y menos.

Y yo que por ese precio me la compraría encantado, ni que fueran por un par de jrpgs al año. Pero quiero seguir usando mi perfil y no tener que importarla y usar un perfil japo, de hongkong o de cualquier otro país.
