La mejora de rendimiento lo necesitaba como el comer.  Pena que no arreglen la resolución,  que no es la nativa del panel.

La colección de clásicos de Sega para el móvil, SEGA Forever, son una posibilidad para Switch

SEGA Forever, a growing collection of classic games, was announced for mobile today. The catalog will expand in the months and years ahead, with each game offering new elements like leaderboards.


What’s interesting about SEGA Forever is that it’s being handled almost entirely with Unity. This was an intentional move, as SEGA Networks’ chief marketing officer Mike Evans told GamesIndustry that doing so “enables us to take this content to other platforms”. Evans even specifically mentions Switch in his remarks.

He said:

NoA: El nuevo Pokemon y Metroid Prime 4 saldrían en 2018

Good news for Nintendo fans as Nintendo of America has revealed in an interview with Venture Beat that both the highly anticipated Metroid Prime 4 and new Pokémon title are coming in 2018. We weren’t entirely sure when either were coming as there was no mention regarding when to expect them. 2018 sounds fine to me and I’m sure others will be pleased.

Here’s what was said during an interview with Venture Beat with Nintendo of America corporate communications director Charlie Scibetta.

Silicon Studio anuncia que su aplicación middleware Enlighten será compatible con Switch

Tokyo based company Silicon Studio has recently acquired the real-time global illumination tool Enlighten from the original developer Geomerics, and have announced that this will be compatible with the Nintendo Switch.


For context, Enlighten portrays the way that light is bounced from, or absorbed by, materials in a scene. Previous details of the product on Geomerics website explains that “artists are able to light any scene with just a small number of light sources, all while bringing unrivalled subtlety and harmony to the application’s graphic.”

Ya te digo. De todas formas la gente está criticando bastante el diseño por que, como se puede ver en las fotos, la consola queda sobre la mesa tapando las ventilaciones de la parte trasera, cosa que en el modo sobremesa puede ser letal para Switch. Me gusta más el oficial portátil que ha presentado Nyco y que llegará en otoño por 45$:

Que no te extrañe que sean las estrellas del próximo E3. Que no hayan enseñado nada no significa que no estén empezados y/o avanzados. Ahí está el Metroid 2D, que lo enseñaron la semana pasada y hoy dijeron que ya está acabado. Además no es que sea una filtración ni un rumor, está dicho por el Presidente de comunicación de NoA.

Del Pokemon dijeron que le quedaba algo más de un año de desarrollo y, hasta navidades del 2018, queda año y medio.

El director de comunicaciones de Nintendo, Charlie Scibetta, ha ejercido de vocal por parte de la compañía nipona para charlar con el portal GamesBeat sobre algunos aspectos de la actualidad de los videojuegos que llevan coleando en los últimos tiempos como, por ejemplo, el asunto de la retrocompatibilidad.

“Como jugador es algo que me hace muy feliz (…). Estamos tratando de ser más flexibles a nivel de compañía. Estamos intentando que la gente interactúe con nuestra IP y, en este caso, la propietaria de Rocket League es Psyonix que trabaja en nuestro sistema, pero tratamos de involucrar a la gente lo más posible con todo lo que hacemos”.

“Queremos que la gente pase un buen rato”, declaró el portavoz. “En el caso de Rocket League nos dijimos a nosotros mismos que estaba bien dar soporte a ese juego cruzado. No es más complicado que todo ello. Algunos juegos son geniales para el multijugador, otros encajan mejor con una experiencia individual, otros son mejores para cualquier tipo de situación… Para nuestro criterio, Rocket League encajaba muy bien con el juego cross-platform, así que nos dijimos a nosotros mismos que por qué no”.
