PEGUI abre ficha a la versión Swich de The Sexy Brutale (Tequila Works)

The Sexy Brutale may have a chance of coming to Switch. On July 14, PEGI rated the game for the console.

Classifications don’t always confirm releases, but usually they’re intended to be used in some way. It would be rather strange for The Sexy Brutale to be rated on Switch if Tequila Works doesn’t intend to bring it to the platform, though perhaps it’s a possibility the studio is exploring for the future.

We reached out to Tequila Works earlier this week and asked about the classification, but have thus far not heard back. We’ll let you know if we receive an official comment from the company.

The team behind SUPERHOT VR, which is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Steam, have spoken out about the possibility of bringing the eccentric title to Nintendo Switch in a Reddit discussion. They state that it’s being considered but due to running into performance issues with PSVR, the team are mindful that porting it to Switch may prove to be “ultra hard”:

It is being considered. We had some issues on PSVR with performance so on switch it will be ultra hard on that matter.

El estudio de Salt & Sanctuary está evaluando adaptarlo a Nintendo Switch

Los desarrolladores de Salt and Sanctuary están evaluando lanzar el juego en Nintendo Switch. El título debutó en 2016 en PC y PS4, pero hace unos meses se lanzó una versión para PlayStation Vita.

Ska Studios, el equipo responsable de este juego, está estudiando la posibilidad de adaptarlo a la nueva consola de Nintendo, según ha admitido en Twitter James Silva al ser preguntado al respecto.

Se trata de un juego de acción, rol y plataformas en 2D, con combate violento y diversos tipos de personajes. Nos permite utilizar armas con un brazo y un escudo, ballestas, armas a dos manos de mayor poder, magia, arcos y una serie de ítems consumibles como dagas, ofreciéndonos un combate muy estratégico y completo.

Sus creadores dicen que está inspirado en la saga Castlevania y los Dark Souls de From Software, presentándonos una jugabilidad desafiante y plagada de retos para el jugador.

El juego mola un puñao, y jugarlo en portátil tiene que ser muy interesante.

Qué lujazo jugar este estilo de juegos en portátil. 

Como Sonic Mania,  Stardew Valley,  Hollow Knight,  Axiom Verge o Shovel Knight.

Está fechado para el verano, pero sin nada en concreto todavía.

Es de lo que más espero de la consola.

Ahora que veo al Team17 quiero recalcar lo importante que es que salga un Worms bien guapo para la Switch.

Coincido,  aunque personalmente esperaba este como agua de mayo.  Nos va a dar un buen vicio este verano. 

Qué pena que salga tan caro el segundo pack de joycon para jugarlo a 4.

Aqua Moto Racing Utopia y Snow Moto Racing Freedom llegarán a Switch en Noviembre (posiblemente cancelados en WiiU)

Zordix and Bigben are partnering on a pair of games for Switch. Aqua Moto Racing Utopia and Snow Moto Racing Freedom will be on the system in November, the two companies have announced.

Aqua Moto Racing Utopia was originally announced for Wii U. When we last spoke to Zordix a couple of months ago, it was still in development for the older system.

Aqua Moto Racing Utopia and Snow Moto Racing Freedom will feature “content identical to the already-released PlayStation 4 and PC versions” and will “take full advantage” of Switch’s multiplayer features. You’ll be able to play with up to three friends in local split-screen multiplayer, with up to seven players locally with everyone using their own console. Online play will also be supported.
