Dragon Quest XI lleva un mes siendo lo más vendido en Amazon Japón

Los usuarios japoneses suelen esperar el desembarco de las entregas de Dragon Quest y la saga de rol es una de las series de videojuegos de mayor éxito en el país. Las previsiones para la próxima entrega de la saga numerada, Dragon Quest XI, son muy positivas pues el juego lleva ya un mes continuado entre los títulos más vendidos en la versión japonesa de la tienda en línea Amazon, con la versión de PlayStation 4 en primera posición y la de Nintendo 3DS en segunda. La versión para Nintendo Switch no tiene fecha y no se ha iniciado la campaña de reservas y preventas.

En este caso, han pasado ya ocho años desde el lanzamiento de la última entrega numerada y tradicional de la saga (Dragon Quest X debutó en 2012 en Wii, pero se aleja del estilo tradicional y apuesta por el género de los juegos de rol masivos en línea).

Las dos versiones de Dragon Quest XI han estado en lo más alto de los juegos más vendidos de Amazon Japón desde hace ya un mes, es decir, aproximadamente desde que Square Enix anunció públicamente que el juego se lanzaría tanto en PS4 como en 3DS el 29 de julio en el mercado nipón. Se trata de preventas, no de reservas, por lo que se contabilizan ya como unidades vendidas en el sistema de Amazon.

Desde entonces, la única fluctuación relevante se ha producido con motivo del lanzamiento de Mario Kart 8 Deluxe para Nintendo Switch, que acaba de llegar a las tiendas de todo el mundo.

La versión para PlayStation 4 ha sido siempre la dominante sobre la versión de Nintendo 3DS en las preventas en Amazon, lo que puede indicar que esta va a ser la versión preferida por los consumidores nipones.

La versión para Nintendo Switch sigue sin tener fecha anunciada y Square Enix no la ha mostrado por el momento.

Ayer fue el lanzamiento de ARMS, y muchas tiendas han estado enseñando el juego, incluso fuera del local. Las unidades de Switch fueron aparentemente más numerosas que la semana pasada (incluso pequeñas tiendas que usualmente no tienen uniddaes para vender están teniendo envíos urgentes, y hoy tenemos loterías en Bic Camera y Sofmap.




Las reservas de Gundam, especialmente la edidción limitada, son bastante interesantes de seguir. Sin embargo, las más importantes son las de Dragon Quest XI. La versión de PS4 es la version que se muestra en las tiendas y la más popular.

Buena idea poner Arms al lado de Splatoon 2, técnicamente su público tiene que ser el mismo o parecido.

Si alguien se animase a hacer las tablas, podríamos hacer porras ahora que parece que Switch se va a reponer para el lanzamiento de ARms.
