Joanor, cuando te registras en KS tienes unos derechos y unas obligaciones como backer, si no lo lee la gente es su problema pero cuando te regist.

Lo dejan bien claro, TÚ como backer tienes la RESPONSABILIDAD de que tu inversión sea a un proyecto con futuro. Y sí, esto es como si yo me pongo a invertir en bolsa sin asesoramiento y de forma voluntaria. Nadie te esta apuntando ni te esta diciendo que esto sea lo mejor, es el backer el que decide meter su dinero en un proyecto grandilocuente porque no tiene criterio alguno.

Y es que además te incluyen una guía de como invertir en un proyecto, porque esa es la palabra en castellano que se debe usar.

Launching a Kickstarter is a very public act, and creators put their reputations at risk when they do.

Backers should look for creators who share a clear plan for how their project will be completed, and who have a history of bringing their creative ventures and other projects to fruition. Creators are encouraged to share links and as much background information as possible so backers can make informed decisions about the projects they support.

If a creator has no demonstrable experience in doing something like their project or doesn't share key information, backers should take that into consideration. Does the creator include links to any websites that show work related to the project, or past projects? Does the creator appear in the video? Have they connected via Facebook?

Don't hesitate to request information from a creator. You can always reach out before pledging via the "Contact me" button on the project page.

Aquí cada uno tiene su responsabilidad, y si no gusta pues que no financie, pero ya basta de infantilismo en los crowdfunding. Si queréis ir a lo seguro hay decenas de KS que se montan sobre un proyecto muy avanzado, e incluso con demos, pero esos suelen ser juegos menores o con mucho menos presupuesto... y claro, es más cómodo ser backer del Shemue III de turno que seguramente no salga nunca porque el presupuesto que pide es de los años 80s.
