Super Mario Maker has sold over one million copies in the United States alone, Nintendo has announced. That news comes as part of the December 2015 NPD report, which we should be hearing more about shortly.

Five other Wii U games have also reached Super Mario MakerÔÇÖs milestone. Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Super Mario 3D World, New Super Mario Bros. U, and Splatoon have all sold more than one million copies in the United States.
