Saitou Hajimes true name is Sakamoto Ryouma. A man who changed his name and is living in Kyoto. The man he is after is a mysterious swordsman who one year ago, on the night of the political change that occured in Tosa, murdered his father and old teacher right before his eyes. Sakamoto Ryouma loved Tosa, was betrayed by Tosa and then abandoned Tosa. He is now in a fight for revenge and is prepared to put his life on the line. It is said that the greatest swordsmen gather in Kyoto. Its an extremely dangerous place to plunge yourself into A place where the group of killers called the Shinsengumi make the streets rain with blood. He abandoned the name of Sakamoto Ryouma and has tried to begin a new life living as Saitou Hajime.

Saitou Hajime

A mysterious samurai whose origins are unknown. He has given up on the world and spends his time drinking and gambling.

But heÔÇÖs actually after the man who murdered Yoshida Touyou and has changed his name and lives in hiding.

He is part of the Shinsengumi group.

Other Info

As a fan service, they want to put as many characters from previous games as they can. This is why they did the character election thing - theyÔÇÖll be using it as a guide to decide which characters appear in the game. They wonÔÇÖt have ALL the top ranking characters in there, but they plan to include a lot of characters from the previous games.

I also like how they mention there were a lot more votes than they anticipated - Perhaps they donÔÇÖt realise everyone exploited the voting system by removing their cookies and voted many more times.

Also, since it apparently starts one year after the political change, the year should be 1864.

Parece que van a usar el ranking de popularidad que se hizo antes del anuncio del juego para decidir que personajes de la franquicia aparecerán encarnando a personajes famosos de aquella época, tal como ocurrió con Kenzan. Si no voy mal Kiryu y Majima fueron los dos más votados.

El dia 26 parece que habrá más información.

¿Por qué tanto misterio con la plataforma?

La plataforma será PS4 muy seguramente y lo desvelarán o en el TGS o en el evento que tiene preparado Sony para Japón en las próximas semanas.

Yo también creo que este Ishin será de PS4, Nagoshi ya dijo que Yakuza 5 sería el último juego para PS3, la cual ya ha estado bastante servida al tener a sus espaldas cinco juegos de la franquicia, entre tres entregas principales y dos spin off.

Los Japoneses no han exprimido esta generación, así que menos lo van a hacer en la próxima. Gracias se les debería de dar que no pasen a desarrollar todo para moviles o 3DS, aunque vayan a utilizar motores cross gen de por vida.

Ya Led pero no es justificable que lo primero que enseñen en PS4 no este a la altura siquiera de lo bueno de PS3, ya no digo de sus exponentes...

Es su primer proyecto de PS4, segurísimo.

No tienen necesidad de derrochar recursos en el apartado gráfico.

Cuando se hayan asentado en la plataforma, quizás veamos mejoras más notables.

Me encanta la pinta que tiene, a ver si es de primera hornada de PS4 y con un poco de suerte lo vemos por estos lares.
