Cada año Nintendo celebra los VGC, un torneo internacional en el que participan los principales paises de Europa, USA y Japón, para otorgar el título de mejor "etrenador Pokémon" o renovarlo.

Este año Nintendo ha anunciado que no habrá sesión clasificatoria para el VGC en España y Francia, sin dar motivos. Por lo tanto los jugadores Españoles y Franceses deberán de viajar a otros paises para clasificarse, si quieren participar en el VGC.

Cita:Good news has arrived this morning for all the European VGC players as TPCi have finally released the dates and information for our 2013 tournament schedule.



TPCi have cut down the number of tournaments we will have, only hosting events in Italy, Germany and the UK but for the first time we will experience a swiss style, two day tournament structure to follow the Americans nation format. And the good news doesn't stop there as the top 4 players from each age division will be awarded a travel award to worlds along with other great prizes.



Also, the Wi-Fi Tournament results will contribute towards these events allowing the top 16 ranked players a round 1 bye, whether these byes can carry if players who do rank high enough want to play in mulitple nationals is not stated but it does make putting the effort into these things worth while.

Lo de España puedo entenderlo, pero dejar fuera a Francia cuando es uno de sus mercados más potentes me resulta muy extraño.

Yo veo raro que dejen de lado precisamente a España, es en el clasficatorio Europeo que más cantidad de usuarios se registran y es el país Europeo que más usuarios clasifica para el torneo internacional.

A ver si Nintendo se pronuncia al respecto, porque es bastante extraño.
