ThereÔÇÖs lot of female gamers in Japan, but some donÔÇÖt have the time to game or are not so interested in what is on offer. Nintendo is looking to change this by introducing an event┬ácalled the ÔÇ£Nintendo Girls Game MuseumÔÇØ which takes place later this month and into August.

The aim is to showcase games that the company thinks will capture their attention. Nintendo will allow members of the public to sample games that are already a hit with female gamers.

As well as showing off video games that they think will appeal to females, there will also be a large range of merchandise for sale including Animal Crossing themed items. The company will also hold a demonstration for the upcoming Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer which is sure to be a big hit.┬áThe event will be free to attend.
