Kitase ha comentado en twitter que Lightning saga no será el nombre del nuevo juego de Final Fantasy XIII, sino que es el nombre de la saga comenzada con FFXIII. Para saber el título del nuevo juego, habrá que esperar al evento.

Square Enix has been using the phrase "Lightning Saga" in connection with the new announcement. Most assumed that the term Lightning Saga was just used to refer to the story of Lightning that started in Final Fantasy XIII. This is the case, Kitase confirmed. They used the phrase Lightning Saga to convey the content of the stage event to fans. Lightning Saga is not the name of the game that will be announced at the event.

Kitase also confirmed something he and Motomu Toriyama have said in past interviews: we'll get the actual title name at the event.

For English speakers, Kitase seems to be trying his best to provide English Tweets. He admits that he not all that good at English, so he relied on Google to provide this: "Hi! This account has been prepared for presentation to the new deployment will be announced on 9/1. I'll mutter various things. by kitase"

Square Enix ha abierto una cuenta especial en twitter llamada "Lightning Room", sólo para los desarrollos de FF XIII que se anuncien en el evento.

El fondo parece un tablero de ajedrez. ¿FF XIII Chess para móviles?

Por si a alguien le interesa, eso que sale no es información, tan solo presentan la cuenta de Twitter (dice que es la de una cosa relacionada con FFXIII) y poca cosa más (mi nivel no da para mucho y algunos kanjis no los he podido reconocer, lo siento)

Hombre, Lightning saga es como lo llaman los usuarios no?

Yo la verdad no sé que esperar, el FFXIII-3 parece cantado desde hace meses, pero bueno, viendo que el último evento resultó ser un juego para móviles, con Square es que no sé sik esperar en el evento el Versus lanzado, o una camiseta de Lightning, es totalmente impredecible xD
