Parece que han vuelto a poner en marcha las oleadas de update para los que estamos con la beta
"A system update is being released for participants in the first update wave today, 6/22/2014, after 2:00PM PDT. Please note that this update is only going out to the first wave at this time.
HOW TO GET IT
Ôù¥If your console is in Instant-On mode, it will download and install the update and reboot to standby.
Ôù¥NOTE: Once the update is available, you can manually begin the update by navigating to Settings > System and selecting System Update. (Note - since this is a staggered update, you may see "No update available" if you are in the second wave.
Ôù¥If your console hasnÔÇÖt downloaded and installed the update by 1:00AM PDT 6/24/2014, you will be prompted to do so the next time you start your console.

KNOWN ISSUES
Ôù¥A small number of users may experience a black screen upon rebooting from Energy-Saving mode, or after a hard-reboot. This update contains some initial fixes to reduce or eliminate instances when this issue can be encountered. We are currently testing some additional fixes to eliminate occurrences of this issue.
FIXES
Ôù¥This update addresses an issue where consoles configured with static network settings lose their configuration after going through a cool boot.
Ôù¥This update contains fixes to address issues where USB headsets do not function properly while plugged into the USB ports of the console.
Ôù¥This update contains fixes to help reduce instances of consoles entering a black screen (with or without an Xbox logo) after booting from Energy-Saving mode, or after a hard-reboot. There are additional fixes for this issue that are currently being tested. If you continue to encounter this issue after taking this update, please let us know via the forums.
