Docenas de empresas se interesan por las propiedades intelectuales de 38 Studios
Incluyen Kingdoms of Amalur. La subasta se realizará el 11 de diciembre.

Nick Jimenez, vicepresidente de Global Heritage Partners, ha desvelado que las compañías que por ahora se están interesando por hacerse con el catálogo de títulos y propiedades intelectuales de 38 Studios son grandes empresas de diferentes partes del mundo. La subasta se realizará el 11 de diciembre.

Por el momento, han recibido más de dos docenas de solicitudes de información de empresas entre las que se incluyen "nombres muy conocidos de la industria". Los intereses varían entre comprar marcas sueltas del estudio, que incluye Kingdoms of Amalur, y todo el paquete de propiedades intelectuales.

Todas las compañías interesadas deberán registrarse para la subasta antes del 4 de diciembre y firmar diversos acuerdos de confidencialidad. La subasta se ejecutará el 11 de diciembre.

Esto me ha parecido curioso:

Fuera de esto, creo que no han hecho ninguna otra cosa, así que no sé a qué se refieren con el plural de "propiedades intelectuales", cuando parece que sólo hablamos de Amalur.

La otra propiedad intelectual debe ser Project Copernicus (MMORPG que tenían bastante avanzado en el desarrollo, y ambientado en el mismo mundo de Amalur).
