Ubi Toronto ya trabaja en Assassin's Creed V, 2 nuevas IP's y 2 grandes franquicias de Ubisoft (una sería Splinter Cell).

Cita:Ubisoft Toronto developers have started collaborating with Ubisoft Montreal on the next, next Assassin's Creed game, the title that will be released following recently announced Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, studio managing director Jade Raymond told Polygon.

In all, the studio has charted out five titles that they will be working on once they ship Blacklist.

"We have two big collaborations coming that we're not talking about, on two of the biggest franchises at Ubisoft," Raymond said. "We also have two new IP."

The fifth will be within the Splinter Cell brand, she said.

The news highlights the studio's shift from a single-game studio, to one that plans on vastly expanding their outlook.

While Raymond declined to talk specifics about the new game, she did say she was excited to get back to work on a franchise that she helped launch.

"The thing that's great to me is that there is still some of my favorite people who, you know, we were in the trenches shipping that first one," she said. "We lived through all of that stuff together and some of those guys are still on the franchise and have been there. So it's a just for me to work with some of those people again."

Yo creo que algún AC se la va a pegar, y la filosofía de estar haciendo varios al mismo tiempo parece no contemplar esta posibilidad. Es como si confiaran que la saga va a estar en el candelero para siempre.

Yo solo comprare un Assassin's Creed si me lo sacan con ambientacion victoriana o estilo "cyberpunk" xDDD

(Tengo esperanza en ello porque se que esta saga va a llegar a cada ambientacion posible. De hecho espero en la siguiente generacion otros 7 u 8 Assassin's Creed xD)

Yo no creo que piensen que siempre va a ser un éxito. Pero cuando vendes tanto, tienes margen de caída antes de cancelar el juego. Puedes perder varios millones de clientes y el juego seguiría siendo rentable.
