EveryoneÔÇÖs favourite video game analyst Michael Pachter is back predicting and this time heÔÇÖs discussing the┬áNintendo NX. Pachter is of the firm opinion that it is unlikely that Nintendo will launch its next platform the NX next year. While all signs seem to point towards a late 2016 launch Pachter says ÔÇ£IÔÇÖd say 20 percent chance it comes out in 2016 in the US, 80 percent chance it comes out in 2017.ÔÇØ Guess we shall just have to wait and see!

ÔÇ£I can talk about NintendoÔÇÖs past practice, and use that as a predictor of the future. But, I donÔÇÖt know.┬áNintendoÔÇÖs past practice has been to announce their next generation consoles at E3, and to release them 18 months later. And they typically will have a prototype and a couple of game markupsÔǪ where you can play something.

ÔÇ£But they take about 18 months, and last I checked we donÔÇÖt have 18 months until the end of 2016. So, it is less likely that something is coming out in 2016. But, the rumours are that there are NX dev kits out there. We donÔÇÖt know how long they have been out there, but if the rumour has leaked they have probably been out a couple of months. It is really slightly possible that developers can make something for NX console launch in fall 2016, and do a quality product in 13 ÔÇô 15 months. Slightly possible.ÔÇØ

ÔÇ£The more the NX looks like a PS4 or Xbox One, the more likely it is that itÔÇÖs coming out in 2016. The less it looks like a PS4 or Xbox One, the less likely. If itÔÇÖs a different language, it requires developers to tweak a lot of things from Madden, FIFA, Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto in order to get it ready for NX, 13 months is probably not enough time and itÔÇÖs probably a 2017 launch.

ÔÇ£So again, not knowing what the NX is, I donÔÇÖt know when itÔÇÖs coming out. IÔÇÖd say 20 percent chance it comes out in 2016 in the US, 80 percent chance it comes out in 2017. If you donÔÇÖt see it before E3, thereÔÇÖs a zero percent chance itÔÇÖs coming out in 2016.ÔÇØ

Es que es un puto crack.

Cuando habla de periodos de creación de juegos igual, que ya hace un tiempo que se filtró que se estaban recibiendo los kits de desarrollo y que se había enseñado la consola en el e3 a desarrolladoras.

Mira la cantada en la presentación de DQ XI que corrieron a desmentir hablando de versión NX...

NX en 2017... será el 1 de Enero porque ni me imagino ya el año de mierder que nos espera a los usuarios de WiiU.

Todo indica que, si es una nueva sobremesa como muchos dicen, saldrá en el segundo semestre del 17 o en el 18.

Pero claro... solo si es de sobremesa... si es otra cosa como han dicho desde Nintendo en bastantes ocasiones, ya cambia.

La NX debe de estar a medio hacer y yo creo que la sacaran más o menos por las mismas fechas que estrenen el nuevo zelda y será pack de inicio. €€€€€€
