Position Overview
Sports Interactive are looking for testers familiar with our titles to join the in-house QA team, testing Football Manager (FM), FM Classic, FM Handheld & FM Online. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking for the ultimate summer job or for those seeking to gain some worthwhile experience in the games industry.
You must be at least 16 years old to be considered for this role and be able to commute into our Central London (Old Street) office. You must be able to commit to a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, and expect to work some paid overtime when requested.
This will be a short-term, contracted position to start in summer, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicants will:
    Work closely with QA Leads to identify defects arising during the development cycle
    Compile succinctly written defect reports
    Provide gameplay feedback to the production & development teams
    Test new features and fixes made to existing defects
    Follow test-plans, check-lists and tasks through to completion
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Previous QA experience is not necessary, but the ideal candidate should be organised, have great attention to detail and also:
  Have a passion for Football Manager, FM Classic, FM Handheld or previously, FM Live
    Have a strong knowledge of Sports Interactive and our titles
    Be a dedicated football fan with excellent knowledge of the sport
    Have an excellent standard of written English
    Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Be computer literate with experience using Windows, OSX, Linux, Android and/or iOS operating systems
