Dark Souls 2 PS3, Xbox 360 release date set, PC to follow; special editions detailed From Software and Namco Bandai have confirmed a March 2014 release for the console versions of Dark Souls 2, but the PC version is relegated to ÔÇ£the same windowÔÇØ rather than a firm launch.

The RPG sequel arrives on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version on March 11 in North America and March 14 in Europe. It hits Japan on March 13.
Speaking to Eurogamer, director Yui Tanimura said the PC version isnÔÇÖt complete and has therefore not been dated.
ÔÇ£WeÔÇÖre still working on what options we allow players to have in order for players to customize the spec of the PC version. Our goal is to release the PC version in the same window,ÔÇØ he said.
ÔÇ£For the PC version weÔÇÖre simply saying March ÔÇô weÔÇÖre trying our best for PC and console. The reason we canÔÇÖt announce the specific date is weÔÇÖre working on more options on how to make the PC version optimal.ÔÇØ
The PC version has been in the works alongside Dark Souls 2, for the first time in From SoftwareÔÇÖs history; the first dark Souls was its first PC port, and itÔÇÖs been quite open about its unfamiliarity with the process.
ÔÇ£With the first Dark Souls, the development team started work on the console version before the PC version, and because of that there were less options for the development team to make the PC version more optimal in terms of resolution and so on. With Dark Souls 2, the teamÔÇÖs working on console and PC at the same time, so there shouldnÔÇÖt be an issue with how optimal it will be on day one,ÔÇØ Tanimura said.
Namco Bandai has prepared two special editions for the March launch, both available in limited quantities while stocks last. The CollectorÔÇÖs Edition includes a 30cm knight figurine, an exclusive hardcover art book, a full-colour fabric map, soundtrack and metal case.
The other special package, the Black Armour Edition, is a pre-order bonus. It includes a metal case and the soundtrack. Images of both are below.

Pues hombre la edicion tocha esta bastante bien sabiendo que los artbooks de la saga son una maravilla...

La edición especial me gusta pero me sobra la figura. Rondará los 80€ y es para pensárselo ya que el artbook suele ser una maravilla.
Me encanta que la caja sea metálica, y la portada también es bastante chula.

Respecto al video me ha encantado, sobre todo el escudo que lleva el que se enfrenta al mago. Brutal

Es basicamente como la del primer juego, pero con el añadido de la figura que esta muy bien. Ademas, el mapa parece que esta vez vendra en fisico y no sera solo un pdf.

Mola la caja delgada y metálica a lo Bioshock, en vez de la mierda caja de cartón esa.

Y que haya un mapa... ¿Habrá tal vez mapa en el juego para ubicarnos? Espero que no.

La edicion coleccionista de Dark Souls era una puta estafa engañabobos a cuenta del tema de la guia. Esta, aunque pinte bien y yo me haya comprado la Black Phantom de DeS y la EC de DaS, se la van a meter por donde yo me se.

A mí también me sobra la figura, que encima no me gusta nada. Con juego más libro de arte iba que chutaba, pero no hay una combinación así.

Lo de que retrasan la versión de PC para sacarla mejor no se lo puede creer nadie.

Alomejor me pillo la de la caja metalica, que me quede con las ganas de la edicion especial del 1. Todo dependera del precio

Si me lo pillo de salida, que estará por ver, pillaré la edición tocha. De perdidos al río.
