Earlier this week, Nintendo’s website listed Don’t Knock Twice for Switch. Wales Interactive sent out an official announcement today, confirming an October 17 launch. The game will launch digitally on the eShop at 00:00am (local) for $12.49 / £9.99 / €12.49.
Don’t Knock Twice is just the start of Wales Interactive’s Switch support. The company is planning “several more” titles for Switch in 2018.
We’ve included more information about Don’t Knock Twice below, along with a trailer.
This is the first Switch game to be announced from Wales Interactive, the studio behind the Wii U titles Master Reboot and Soul Axiom, and will evolve the Switch’s horror genre category.
Don’t Knock Twice is a first-person horror game based on a psychologically terrifying urban legend. To save her estranged daughter, a guilt-ridden mother must uncover the frightening truth behind the urban tale of a vengeful, demonic witch. One knock to wake her from her bed, twice to raise her from the dead.
To find and save your daughter, you will explore all depths of a grand manor house, searching for hidden clues and wield items to escape the terror that surrounds you.
The game was developed alongside the 2017 horror film, Don’t Knock Twice, starring Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica) and directed by Caradog James (The Machine). This is in partnership with Ffilm Cymru Wales and Red and Black Films.

Que diferencias hay de esto con Harvest Moon. Si no me convence HM me puede convencer este?

No he jugado nunca a un HM.
Lo que sí he leído a montones de gente es que la saga HM derivó en algo que nadie quería y que Stardew Valley es la mejor opción como sustituto.
Minería, agricultura, combates (básicos eso sí), pesca, relaciones sociales, misiones, exploración...
A mi en PC, cuando salió, me pareció uno de los mejores juegos que jugué en todo el año pero su estructura se me hizo "dura" para estar con el culo pegado en la silla delante del monitor. Por eso esperaba una versión portátil como el comer.

No soporto ni el pirmer HM de DS..
Me gusta The Sims y Animal Crossing, pero no Harvest Moon.
Con los primeros básicamente gestionas tiempo y dinero, pero tienes mucha libertad de acción, puedes amueblar casas, ganar dinero, pagar tus letras, gestionar necesidades pero luego tienes un margen para hacer lo que quieres, o no hacer nada.
Y de hecho me gusta cada vez más AC y menos TS por que AC profundiza más en eso.
Con Harvest Moon me siento absolutamente exclavizado, y algo estresado, por que hay muchas tareas diarias obligatorias, y no me da tiempo antes de que el personaje se muera de cansancio.

A mi me encanta Animal Crossing, es mi juego más esperado de Switch.
Pero lo que jugué a Stardew Valley en PC me gustó bastante también y me sirve de placebo mientras sale el "bueno".
Entre el Picross y éste, anda que no tengo para rato...
