Monolith Soft sigue buscando empleados un Zelda

Monolith Soft are still recruiting staff for a game in The Legend of Zelda series which is likely the Breath of the Wild sequel. Positions include Technical Artists, Programmers, Planners, Designers, and Management Support. Monolith Soft are also looking for freelancers including for Character Modeler, Concept Art Designer, Scenario Planner, and Map Modeler.

Luigi's Mansion 3 detalla los contenidos multijugador que llegarán en 2020 por 9,99 euros

Nintendo ha ofrecido los primeros detalles del contenido multijugador adicional que recibirá Luigi's Mansion 3 para Nintendo Switch durante el 2020. Se trata de un Pack multijuegos de 9,99 euros, que distribuirá sus novedades mediante dos entregas disponibles el 30 de abril y 31 de julio del próximo año.

El Luigi’s Mansion 3 Multiplayer Pack Part 1 (30 de abril de 2020) incluye tres nuevos minijuegos para el modo Luigi contra Luigi (Scream Park), seis nuevos fantasmas temáticos y tres temas adicionales para el modo cooperativo Torre de los Desafíos (ScareScraper). Además, con este contenido Luigi aumentará su fondo de armario con tres trajes especiales, que al ponérselos podrá visitar los pisos que coincidan con el tema del atuendo en cuestión: el castillo medieval, la discoteca y las suites eternas.

Por su parte, el contenido de Luigi’s Mansion 3 Multiplayer Pack Part 2 (31 de julio de 2020) será muy similar al de la primera parte, pero aún no ha sido detallado del todo. De momento Nintendo solo informa que presentará novedades para los modos multijugador Luigi contra Luigi y Torre de los Desafíos, incluyendo otros tres minijuegos, aspectos temáticos para el protagonista y fantasmas adicionales.



Además, aquellos que reserven el Pack multijuegos de Luigi’s Mansion 3 mediante la eShop recibirán como bonificación la linterna tipo E, que puede utilizarse tanto en la historia principal como en la torre de los desafíos. Se trata de un elemento cosmético. Cuando se enfoca la linterna tipo E a una pared aparece la cara del Ectochucho. Para acceder a todo el contenido multijugador es necesaria una suscripción a Nintendo Switch Online.

Disponible desde el pasado 31 de octubre, Luigi's Mansion 3 es uno de los últimos éxitos de Nintendo Switch. En España fue el juego más vendido de noviembre y la semana pasada ganó el premio a mejor título familiar en los The Game Awards 2019.

Emily Rogers prevé un 2020 muy bueno para Nintendo Switch

Si tienes pensado comprar próximamente una Nintendo Switch o regalársela a alguien (no como este padre tan vacilón, claro), has de saber que el próximo año estaría lleno de grandes juegos para la consola híbrida. De acuerdo con Emily Rogers, conocida por haber adelantado información acertada sobre algunos de los anuncios de Nintendo, 2020 va a ser un «año genial» para todos los que posean una unidad de esta máquina y, sobre todo, hace mucho hincapié en la cantidad de exclusivos first-party que están preparando en la compañía japonesa para lanzarlos a lo largo del año que está por entrar.

Tal y como recoge Nintendo Soup, Rogers ha elaborado un texto en el que hace una serie de previsiones en base a un supuesto conocimiento que tiene de los planes de Nintendo. Así, la insider compara el año 2020 con 2017 y 2019, los cuales, en términos generales, han estado repletos de lanzamiento muy buenos para Nintendo Switch. Esto quiere decir que, aparte de Animal Crossing: New Horizons, el próximo año habrá muchos otros títulos first-party de gran calado que llegarán a las tiendas, solo que todavía necesitamos los anuncios oficiales y las fechas de todos esos juegos tan esperados. Quizá podamos hablar en un futuro de Bayonetta 3 o Metroid Prime 4 con una ventana de lanzamiento en 2020.
